About Villa Rosario Condo

Villa Rosario Condominium is located off of Macheche Road and E. Nandez Ave, in the northern village of Dededo.  The complex is conveniently located near schools, churches, restaurants, and neighborhood shopping. It is minutes away from the Guam International Airport and the business districts of Tamuning and Tumon.

Villa Rosario was constructed in 1989 and has 141 units, including a laundry facility, BBQ Pavillion, and a swimming pool.  The Homeowner's Association recently approved a new playground facility that will include a tennis court, basketball court, jogging trails, and children's playground equipment to be constructed on an adjacent lot.  The groundbreaking ceremony was held in January 30, 2010. The basketball court and tennis court are in completion stages.  Playground equipment is being ordered and the project is expected to be completed before the end of 2010. 

This will add to the appeal of our project as a family oriented condominium.
