Homeowners Association

The Homeowners Association is comprised of all the unit owners of the Villa Rosario Condominium who are responsible for administering the project, approving the annual budget, and electing annually. The board of directors handle the oversight of the project and the Resident Manager.  The annual meetings are usually held in the month of March.
